Before setting up his own practice in 2010, Frank worked as an Associate for Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM) from 2000 to 2008. During that time, Frank was project architect and lead designer on the Barbican Arts Centre refurbishment projects winning a RIBA award 2007.
